Volunteer Clearances

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Act 153 of 2014 states that all volunteers who have contact with children are required to have satisfactory results of PA Criminal Record Check Clearance, PA Child Abuse Clearance, and FBI Finger Print Check or FBI Alternate Affidavit on file with the respective organization.

Alternate Affidavit form can be used in place of the FBI fingerprint check and must be notarized.

Clearance Submission

If you are interested in volunteering to be a manager, coach, scorekeeper, bookkeeper, etc. you may submit your clearances via email to [email protected], OR a paper copy can be turned into the head coach of the participant's team.

ALL THREE OF THE FOLLOWING CLEARANCES MUST BE COMPLETED AND TURNED IN BEFORE STEPPING ON THE COURT:
 - PA Child Abuse History Clearance
 - PA State Police Criminal Record Check
 - Federal Bureau of Investigation Criminal Background Check or the FBI Alternate Affidavit (notarized)
